SEAN CUMMINGS: PRESIDENT
The founder and original principal of Quest Realty, Inc., Sean Cummings, began his career in real estate in the early 1980's after receiving his Bachelors of Business Administration in Real Estate Finance from Texas Tech University. Sean received his Brokers license in 1985, and in 1986, he founded Quest Realty, Inc. As the owner of Quest Realty, Inc., Sean managed over 30 agents and personally closed over 1,200 real estate transactions as a licensed real estate broker.
Beginning in 1993, Sean founded Templar Homes, a residential development company. He managed all facets of construction on approximately 100 houses with sale prices as high as $3.5 million. After six years of working as a custom home builder, Sean transitioned his business towards the commercial development of office condominiums and retail centers, fouding Templar Development, Inc. in 2005. Sean has successfully developed, built and sold six office condominium projects in Austin, totaling well over 250,000 square feet. He currently manages and oversees the design, entitlements, construction, and disposition of property for Templar Development as well as a number of partnerships. He is currently coordinating projects on five tracts of land in the Austin area which total a planned 210,000 square feet of mixed retail and office uses to be developed over the next four years.
While Sean still oversees the development side of his projects, he is also still an active broker for Quest Realty, Inc. With over 30 years’ experience as a Real Estate Broker, Sean assists his agents in the market dynamics and analysis, along with strategies for the successful closing of the transaction.
JOHN CUMMINGS: DIRECTOR OF MARKETING & SALES
John was born and raised in Austin, Texas and graduated Westlake High School in 2011. Succeeding his education at Westlake, John was accepted into the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado at Boulder. While studying in Colorado, he discovered his passion for marketing and real estate. In May 2015, John graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing. In June 2015, he accepted his position as Director of Marketing and Sales with Quest Realty Inc. Since obtaining his license in October 2015, John has assisted in the sale and acquisition of over $50,000,000 worth of office, retail, multifamily and residential projects. John specializes in marketing, tenant representation, property sales and land acquisition in his role with Quest Realty and is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors and the Austin Board of Realtors.
DALTON SHULTS: SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Since the age of three, Dalton was raised in Austin, Texas and graduated from Westlake High School in 2014. He then stayed in Austin for his undergraduate degree, studying Economics at the University of Texas. In May of 2018, Dalton graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Business Minor. After graduation, he spent six years in San Antonio, four of which were spent as an associate broker for an industrial-focused brokerage shop, Llano Realty Partners. Since Obtaining his license in 2020, Dalton has assisted in the sale and acquisition of over $30,000,000 worth of industrial/office properties. He has also brokered over 150 lease transactions totaling over a million square feet. Costar awarded him the Power Broker award for Quarterly Sales in Q2 2024 and Quarterly Industrial Lease in Q4 2021. Dalton is very active in community engagement, having served on the Board for The Rotary Club of San Antonio and First Tee of San Antonio. When not brokering deals, Dalton enjoys playing golf, going on hikes, and hanging out with friends.
JACKSON WILLIAMS: ASSOCIATE
Jackson was born in Austin, Texas, and raised in Manor, where he graduated from Manor New Technology High School in 2022. He went on to play running back at Trinity University in San Antonio, where he was part of three SAA Championships over his four years. He also served on the football team's Leadership Council, helping navigate the team's on and off-field strengths and growth opportunities.
During his time in San Antonio, Jackson discovered a passion for marketing, launching a real estate photography company focused on commercial properties, which ultimately led him into the real estate industry. In May 2026, Jackson received his license from the Texas Real Estate Commission, and a Bachelor's of Arts in Communication from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas. Outside of work, Jackson enjoys playing golf, wake surfing, and jet skiing on Lake Austin.
